oktt Terms and Conditions

Welcome to oktt. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you" or "your") and oktt ("oktt", "we", "us" or "our") governing your use of the oktt website located at oktt.net and any associated mobile applications, platforms and services (collectively the "Platform").

By registering an account on the oktt Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the oktt Platform in any way.

These Terms apply to all Filipino members and prospective members of the oktt Platform, including all users of the sports betting section, slot game section, live casino section and any other gaming or wagering services available on oktt now or in the future.

To create and maintain an account on the oktt Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The oktt Platform is strictly prohibited from persons under 21 years old. This is non-negotiable and applies to all members regardless of circumstance.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of account creation and gaming activity.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of an employee of oktt or any of our affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the oktt Platform or any other gaming service during the period of that exclusion.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable Philippine law or personal court order.

To register an account on oktt, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number and any other details required for identity verification purposes.

• Each person may hold only one oktt account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oktt login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must notify the oktt support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• oktt reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

oktt is required to verify the identity of all members before enabling withdrawals. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process involves the submission of valid identity documents issued by the Philippine government.

Acceptable documents for KYC verification on oktt include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• UMID Card
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's Licence issued by the LTO
• SSS or GSIS ID
• Voter's ID issued by the COMELEC

oktt may also request additional proof of address or source of funds at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by oktt will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. oktt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where unusual activity is detected.

All deposits on the oktt Platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). oktt accepts deposits via GCash, Maya and Philippine bank transfers from major banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank and Security Bank.

• The minimum deposit amount on oktt is ₱100, unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum deposit.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your oktt account instantly upon confirmation of successful payment.
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within one to three business days depending on the sending and receiving bank.
• oktt does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the name of the oktt account holder.
• oktt reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before crediting funds to an account.
• Deposits used solely to qualify for a bonus and then immediately withdrawn without genuine gaming activity may be treated as bonus abuse and result in account review.

oktt processes withdrawal requests from verified members in Philippine Peso to GCash, Maya and Philippine bank accounts. Withdrawals are only available to members who have completed KYC identity verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified members are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals take one to three business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the oktt account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus balance must not be present in your account at the time of withdrawal, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• oktt reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request pending completion of additional verification or compliance checks.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
• oktt does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on the oktt Platform are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any oktt bonus, you agree to be bound by both the specific promotion terms and these general bonus conditions.

• All bonus funds on oktt are subject to a wagering requirement. This is the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the relevant oktt promotion page.
• Only one oktt welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household and per device. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the stated validity period. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining at expiry will be automatically removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
• oktt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a member's account before withdrawal of the offer will remain valid under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Eligible games for each promotion are specified on the individual oktt promotion page.
• oktt reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend any account where it reasonably suspects that the bonus system is being abused, exploited or used contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• No guaranteed winnings or guaranteed returns can be derived from any oktt bonus or promotion. All bonus activity involves inherent risk.

The oktt sports betting section covers a wide range of markets relevant to Filipino players, including PBA basketball, international basketball, boxing, volleyball and esports. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the oktt Platform:

• All bets placed on oktt are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except in specific circumstances where oktt determines that a settlement error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to incorrect pricing caused by technical failure — oktt reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to members' accounts.
• Live in-play bets on PBA basketball and other sports markets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. oktt reserves the right to suspend live betting markets without notice if the integrity of the data feed is compromised.
• Slot game outcomes on oktt are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Each spin is an independent event and past outcomes have no influence on future results. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and the physical results of the game in the studio environment. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the result at the time of disconnection, as recorded by the live casino provider's server.
• oktt reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, use of prohibited software or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the game or bet.

oktt is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino members. We provide a suite of tools to help members manage their gaming activity and spend in a healthy and sustainable way.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all oktt members free of charge through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PHP limits on the amount you can deposit into your oktt account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be decreased at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of continuous time.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen summaries of your session activity, including time spent and net balance movement.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the oktt Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. Temporary exclusions can be set for 30, 90 or 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your oktt account at any time. Your real-money balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method after account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oktt Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one oktt account for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Allowing another person to use your oktt account, including sharing login credentials with any third party.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other prohibited software to interact with the oktt Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, collusion or insider information abuse in relation to sports betting markets on oktt.
• Exploiting any bug, error or vulnerability in the oktt Platform. Members who discover a bug must report it to the support team immediately and must not exploit it.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinated group bonus exploitation and any other activity designed to extract value from oktt promotions in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that assists any third party in money laundering through the oktt Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent the 21+ age restriction on the oktt Platform through any means.

oktt collects, processes and stores personal data provided by Filipino members in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on oktt, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The types of personal data collected by oktt include your full name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, identity documents submitted for KYC verification and records of your gaming activity on the Platform.

oktt uses your personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Processing your account registration, deposits and withdrawal requests
• Conducting KYC identity verification and ongoing compliance monitoring
• Personalising your gaming experience and delivering relevant promotions
• Providing customer support and responding to account queries
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering and other prohibited activity
• Complying with applicable Philippine legal and regulatory requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oktt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors and software providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the oktt Platform.

This limitation of liability includes but is not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the oktt Platform
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the oktt Platform due to maintenance, technical failure or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya or Philippine banks
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your oktt account where you have failed to protect your login credentials
• Any inaccuracy in third-party sports data used to determine live betting odds or in-play market results

oktt does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance that may affect Platform availability, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.

oktt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion where it determines that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The member has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• The member is under 21 years of age
• The member's account has been involved in prohibited activity including bonus abuse, money laundering or collusion
• The member's account is required to be closed under applicable Philippine law or regulatory directive
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the oktt Platform

Members may voluntarily close their oktt account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money PHP balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the member's verified withdrawal method after completion of standard compliance checks. Bonus balances are not refundable upon voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed by oktt due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the severity of the breach and the applicable provisions of Philippine law.

oktt reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Filipino members by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the oktt Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must close your oktt account before the effective date of the changes.
